Jobot is seeking a dependable Assembly / Production Associate to join a hospitality industry manufacturing team. This role focuses on assembling products and components with accuracy and quality while meeting production standards.

Typical hours are 5am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday. You will read work instructions, use hand and power tools, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting additional warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, parts, and components using hand and power tools.

Job Details

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly / Production Associate to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications while maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.

5am to 130pm Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products, parts, and components using hand and power tools.
• Read and follow work instructions, production orders, and basic drawings.
• Measure, position, align, and secure components during assembly.
• Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and proper fit.
• Operate basic production equipment and tools safely.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and production standards.
• Assist with additional manufacturing and general warehouse duties as needed.
