Job summary

The ideal candidate will read prints, follow standard work, and lift up to 25 pounds with attention to detail and teamwork. Opportunity for overtime and skill development in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a blueprint reading course.
• Ability to read and follow prints and manufacturing instructions.
• Proficiency with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, tape measures).
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations according to standard work procedures and within required tact time.
• Assemble ball nuts and operate small hand tools for deburring, engraving, and other tasks as needed.
• Use equipment such as saws, straighteners, buffers, and overhead hoists to complete operations.
• Communicate daily with team members and other facilities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain compliance with environmental, health, safety, and 5S regulations.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Cell Associate/Assembler to join their team. As a Cell Associate/Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to efficient assembly operations and ensuring quality standards are met.
