Job summary

U-Haul is seeking an Assembler to join its manufacturing production line in Fairless Hills, PA. The role involves assembling components for trucks, trailers and rental support items on a fast-paced line, using hand and air tools to align and fasten parts while meeting cycle times.

The position runs on the first shift, 6 AM to 2 PM, with strong emphasis on quality and safety. Candidates should be able to follow detailed instructions, work well in a team, and maintain reliable attendance.

• Able to follow detailed written/verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes or irritating chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
