Vaupell is seeking a full-time hourly production operator in Everett, WA. The role involves assembling components per detailed instructions, inspecting quality, and completing production paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components using hand tools, power tools and specialized machinery.
  • Stamp, bag, clip, trim, debur, and wrap/package parts as required in the documented instructions.
  • Perform regular quality checks and visual inspections to identify defects and inconsistencies, adhering to quality standards.
  • Complete all paperwork pertaining to production neatly and correctly following all quality standards.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping by clearing and cleaning workspace.
  • Follow all established Vaupell policies, standard operating procedures and safety practices.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Shift: Monday through Friday 6:15am to 2:45pm

Position Purpose

Responsible forassembling various components and parts according to detaileddocumentedinstructions.

Essential Duties and responsibilities
  • Assemble components using hand tools, power tools and specialized machinery.
  • Stamp, bag, clip, trim, debur, and wrap/package parts as required in the documented instructions.
  • Perform regular quality checks and visual inspections to identify and report defects and inconsistencies, adhering to quality standards.
  • Complete all paperwork pertaining to production neatly and correctly following all quality standards.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping by clearing and cleaning workspace.
  • Ability to work with common solvents i.e. denatured alcohol and adhesives.
  • Responsible for following all established Vaupell policies, standard operating procedures and safety practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to read, speak, understand and follow instructions in English.
  • Capable of using various hand and power tools

Candidates must be a “US Person” (i.e. US Citizen or Permanent Resident) to ensure Vaupell's compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and vibrations.
