PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring a Machine Operator / Assembly Associate for the 1st and 2nd shifts in the Lancaster County, PA area. The role pays $17–$20 per hour, with Mon–Thu schedules and explicit day/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: English communication for safety and instructions.
• REQUIRED: 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation.
• Ability to use basic math skills (fractions and decimals).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and maintain attention to detail.

Machine Operator / Assembly Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Lancaster County, Ephrata, PA area
Pay Rate: $17 – $20/hr (based on relevant experience)
Schedule:
1st Shift: Mon–Thurs, 6:00am–3:00pm
2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs, 3:00pm–1:00am
