Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking an entry level Assembly/Machine Operator for our Danbury, CT assignment. This temp-to-hire role offers weekday hours and a pay rate of $19.00/hour, with opportunities for promotion.

Typical duties include assembling medical supplies in a clean room, operating multiple machines, performing quality checks, and supporting production and quality teams to meet daily goals. Training provided and room for advancement within the plant.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow direction, both spoken and written.
• Must be able to handle small objects.
• Good vision for assembly and product inspection.
• Excellent manual dexterity.
• Work in a cleanroom environment.
• Able to sit most of the day and perform repetitive motion.

Responsibilities

• General assembly of medical supplies in a clean room environment.
• Follow procedures for product assembly based on customer specifications.
• Quality control and visual inspection of products.
• Operate multiple machines (attaching, winding, sealer, cutters, winding racks).
• Perform assembling methods of very small objects with bonding or adhesives.
• Achieve daily production levels while maintaining quality.
• Work in a team environment supporting production and quality goals.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Nesco Resource is seeking candidates for an Assembly/Machine Operator role in Danbury, CT. This is an entry level, temp to hire position with opportunities for promotion.
Schedule : Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay rate: $19.00/hour
Duties & Responsibilities:

• General assembly of medical supplies in a clean room environment.
• Operator is responsible for following procedures for product assembly/fabrication based on customer specifications.
• Quality control and visual inspection of products.
• Operate multiple machines, such as attaching, winding, sealer, material cutters and machine-winding racks.
• Perform various assembling methods of very small objects with bonding or adhesives.
• Achieve and maintain daily production levels while producing a quality product.
• Work in a team environment, helping support departmental goals from production and quality.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Ability to follow direction, both spoken and written.
• Must be able to handle small objects.
• Must have good vision for assembly and product inspection.
• Excellent manual dexterity.
• Must be able to work within a cleanroom environment (no nail polish, acrylics, jewelry or make-up).
• Must be comfortable with sitting for most of the day as well as repetitive motion.
