Job summary

  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble hydraulic oilfield equipment, including pressure gauges, cylinders, and weight indicators, following detailed instructions and specifications.
  • Ensure all components are properly aligned, fitted, and secured during the assembly process.
  • Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to identify and rectify any defects or deviations from standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Collaborate with quality control personnel to address any issues or non-conformances identified during the assembly process.
  • Keep accurate records of assembled equipment, including serial numbers, batch codes, and any relevant data.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with assembled equipment, working closely with the engineering team.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements and best practices.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
