Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is hiring an Assembly Technician to produce components by assembling parts and sub‑assemblies. You will prepare work, inspect connections for correct fit, and verify specifications after assembly. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a monitored manufacturing environment.

Experience is not required, though 1+ years in manufacturing is a plus. Duties include routine maintenance and following all procedures to ensure quality and on‑time production delivery.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required; 1+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed components.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance per manufacturer’s instructions and troubleshooting.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
