Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a senior-level executive to direct and coordinate activities across multiple departments, driving profitability by setting and achieving business objectives.

The role requires guiding department heads, aligning with the corporate plan, and implementing tools to measure success. You will lead long-range planning, monitor costs, forecast data, and partner with executives to advance growth while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant general management experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to solve complex problems.

  • Develops and administers organization policies and long-range goals for departments.

  • Reviews analyses of costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward goals.

What We Do FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Our premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side-side vehicles, on-road vehicles with and without off-road capabilities, off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. Position Summary

Directs and coordinates activities of one or more departments, such as engineering, operations, or sales, or major division of business organization. Obtains profit contribution by managing staff; establishing and accomplishing business objectives. Completely understands the corporate plan, set goals for each department to insure that the plans goals are met. Clearly communicates these goals to the department heads and initiates tools to measure the success of each department.

Position Responsibilities

Formulates and administers organization policies, and develops long-range goals and objectives, aiding Executive Vice President or Chief Administrative Officer. Directs and coordinates activities of department or division for which responsibility is delegated to further attainment of goals and objectives. Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives. Confers with other executives and administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.

  • Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintaining a smooth flow of work between departments and for resolving interdepartmental conflicts.
  • Assure that the company stays on schedule and meets or exceeds the goals.
  • Development of opportunities which are fruitful for the company, delivering products and services to customers and attaining their satisfaction.
  • Directs the operations function in conjunction with business growth, introduction of new operational systems, meeting organizational financial objectives, and meeting organizational goals in relation to safety, quality, and timely delivery of products or services
  • Coordinates needed support to operations areas through intradepartmental interface for smooth workflow and cost-efficient product or service.
  • Plans, prepares, controls, monitors, and forecasts organization's direct and or indirect budgets.
  • Directs the capital expenditure and asset redeployment activities.
  • Ensures attainment of efficient and economical performance in relation to profit and year-end goals.
  • Participates in the investigation and implementation of new services, manufacturing processes, and product or systems technologies to meet the organization's objectives.
  • May serve as member of management committees on special studies.

Position Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

Master’s degree preferred

Experience: 10+ years of relevant general management experience in a leadership role
