Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking qualified Production Operators to join our Assembly Organization on 2nd shift and 3rd shift. The starting wage is $20.85/hour with $1.25/hour shift premium for 2nd shift and $1.00/hour for 3rd shift, plus PTO up to 120 hours in the first year and benefits on day one (medical, dental, vision).

Responsibilities include standing for long periods, lifting up to 35 lbs, assembling parts, operating on a conveyor line, and crating/packaging materials.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of consistent work history is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Resume must be provided.

• Stand or walk for up to 12 hours per day.
• Bend, squat, and lift up to 35 lbs frequently.
• Work on a moving/conveyor line or at a stable workstation.
• Assemble and install parts by hand or with tools/equipment.
• Crate and package materials, parts, and products.

Currently, we are seeking qualified Production Operators to join our Assembly Organization on 2nd shift and 3rd shift.

• The starting salary is $20.85/hour
• $1.25/ hour shift premium for 2nd shift
• $1.00/ hour shift premium for 3rd shift
• Paid time off (PTO) up to 120 hours in the first year (prorated on start date)

Minimum requirements

• 1 - years of consistent work history
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Motivated to work as a team player who takes ownership of their work in a safety-minded environment
• Must provide a resume

Preferred skills and experiences

• 3 - months manufacturing experience, assembly preferred;
• Associates Degree
