  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and parts lists.
  • Ability to use measuring tools and templates to verify specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work full-time hours with occasional voluntary overtime.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems preferred.
  • Experience maintaining production or quality documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to prepare for each build.
  • Gather required parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials before starting work.
  • Position components accurately using templates or measurement readings.
  • Assemble parts and subassemblies, checking connections for proper fit and securing as needed.
  • Measure finished components to confirm they meet required specifications.
  • Identify and resolve assembly issues, adjusting as needed and escalating to a supervisor for additional resources.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting, coordinating repairs when necessary.
  • Track inventory levels and support ordering, receiving, and stocking of needed supplies.
