Guided by our philosophy, “Where There’s A Will, There’s A Way,” we foster a culture of ingenuity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.What You’ll DoRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsAssemble electrical or electronic systems and support structuresInstall wiring, subassemblies, and components using hand and power toolsMeasure, cut, strip, and pin data cables to specificationInspect products for quality and functionalityBuild specialty wooden shipping crates to third-party specificationsPack and prepare finished products for shipmentRotate between workstations to support production flowMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspaceFollow ISO 9001 quality standards and safety proceduresCollaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read blueprints or schematics preferredExperience using hand tools, power tools, or soldering equipment a plusExperience building wooden crates preferredStrong attention to detail and reliabilityAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentIntermediate math and communication skillsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout shiftsLift and carry up to 40 poundsWork in varying temperatures and sound levelsFrequent use of hands and tools for precision workGood Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $19 to $23 per hour.
