Job summary

The Will Group is seeking an Assembler to join our Chicago-based production team. This hands-on role involves assembling lighting, electrical, and electronic systems from blueprints, while supporting shipping prep and maintaining our high quality standards.

You will work in a collaborative environment focused on craftsmanship. Ideal candidates have assembly/manufacturing experience, familiarity with hand/power tools or soldering, and a keen eye for detail.

The Will Group is hiring an Assembler to join our production team.

In this role, you’ll assemble lighting, electrical and electronic systems, work from blueprints and schematics, support shipping preparation, and help maintain the high standards our customers expect.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assembling components, wiring, and support structures
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspecting products for quality and functionality
• Building specialty wooden shipping crates
• Supporting production across multiple workstations
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, or soldering is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependability and teamwork
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment

Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $19 to $23 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
