Shift & Pay



  • 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  • Pay: $16.25



Responsibilities



  • Assemble and inspect parts, subassemblies, and components for lift trucks

  • Build mechanical assemblies including drive axles, side shifters, brakes, lights, etc.

  • Perform quality checks and make adjustments as needed

  • Use hand and power tools safely and accurately

  • Maintain equipment and perform preventative maintenance

  • Follow diagrams, SOEs (Standard Operating Instructions), and shop orders

  • Accurately document work in the BAM system



Requirements



  • 6+ months of assembly or manufacturing experience

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to read blueprints and assembly diagrams

  • Comfortable using basic tools and computer systems

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality

  • Familiarity with DFT (Demand Flow Technology) is a plus

  • National Career Readiness Certificate preferred

  • Safety-first mindset and proper PPE use
