Job summary

Volt is hiring Assemblers in Austin, TX to support the production of innovative medical devices used to improve lives worldwide.

Schedules are Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM and Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, with three-day weekends each week. Pay is $24.00 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions, SOPs, and quality requirements.
• Experience working with small parts and detail-oriented tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical products using detailed instructions and specifications
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality
• Work with small, intricate components and hand tools
• Follow SOPs and quality standards
• Support inventory and process improvement activities

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred
• Ability to follow written instructions, SOPs, and quality requirements
• Experience working with small parts and detail-oriented tasks
• Comfortable using hand tools and learning automated equipment
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet navigation
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Reliable team player who can adapt to changing priorities

Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Friday: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Pay Rate

$24.00

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
