Job summary

PrideStaff is seeking dependable and motivated assemblers for a manufacturing client located in Joliet, IL. This company manufactures parts for the construction and transportation industries.

1st SHIFT 7:00am-3:30pm M-F. Pay: $17+/hr (DOE). Temp-to-hire, weekly paychecks, insurance available, no weekends, raise upon hire, quarterly bonuses and profit sharing, excellent company culture and values.

Qualifications

• Solid written and oral communication skills (must be able to communicate in English)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle tasks with competing priorities effectively
• Detail-oriented, excellent organization and time management skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs.
• At least 6 months previous warehouse and/or manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Assemble material per pick list instructions
• Package all items per pick list instructions
• Label items with heat or lot numbers and proper shipping labels
• Report any discrepancies on picking list to immediate supervisor
• Other duties as assigned
