Job summary

Snelling is seeking an assembler to produce and assemble parts to customer specifications in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. The position operates 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Friday, in Arlington, Texas.

Responsibilities include following safety rules, reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, inspecting units, and training others as needed. A high school diploma or GED and 1 year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use basic math.
  • Knowledge of tools, materials, and production processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety.

  • Connect wiring, hoses, and components as required.

  • Report issues or defects to supervisor.
  • Communicate production, quality, and safety concerns.
  • Train others as needed (Level II & III).
  • Support process improvements (Level III).
