Responsibilities

  • Drive content strategy, editorial planning, and narratives for Asset Management growth.
  • Collaborate with Industry Practice Leads to produce thought leadership on growth areas like Private Credit.
  • Develop customer-focused messaging frameworks to support acquisition, retention, and cross-sell.
  • Partner with web/digital teams to improve content performance and SEO/geo effectiveness.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, content effectiveness, and ROI.

Skills and Competencies

  • 5-7+ years of experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, including creating compelling thought leadership and demand-generation content that builds brand awareness, generates qualified leads, and supports business growth
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience creating both strategic thought leadership and conversion-focused content
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Experience marketing to the Asset Management industry (required)

Education

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and compelling content that drive thought leadership, generate qualified demand, and support commercial growth for Moody's Asset Management business.
  • Lead integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, paid media, social, events, and partnerships to support Asset Management go‑to‑market strategy
  • Manage campaign execution, timelines, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure successful delivery from planning through launch
  • Drive content strategy, editorial planning, and campaign narratives for Asset Management, ensuring alignment with business objectives, growth priorities, and target audiences
  • Create compelling content for Asset Management professionals, including blogs, social posts, white papers, website copy, videos, articles, customer stories, email copy, and presentations
  • Collaborate with Industry Practice Leads and subject matter experts to produce thought leadership and major campaigns around strategic growth areas such as Private Credit
  • In partnership with business and marketing teams, develop and maintain customer‑focused messaging frameworks that support customer acquisition, retention, expansion, and cross‑sell initiatives
  • Partner with web and digital teams to enhance content performance, user engagement, and SEO/GEO effectiveness across owned channels
  • Champion a data‑driven marketing culture by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, content effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and return on investment
  • Partner with Corporate Affairs and Public Relations teams to identify and amplify stories, thought leadership, and media coverage opportunities
  • Leverage AI tools for market research, content development, workflow efficiency, campaign execution, and overall marketing productivity

For US‑based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$113,200.00-$164,050.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full‑time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
