Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Systems Control Analyst to oversee production systems in our distribution center. The role is full-time with multiple shifts and the incumbent will manage ASRS operations, ensure timely material flow, and drive optimization across the warehouse.

Applicants should be 18+, proficient in MS Office, and able to lift items up to 100 lbs. Training on health and safety is provided, with a focus on sustainability and a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and up to 100 lbs.
• Drug screen required (US/PR/Guam).

Responsibilities

• Monitor the efficiency and function of the automated systems and ASRS.
• Maintain the flow of product from the ASRS to downstream departments.
• Analyze system and statistical patterns to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support picking operations throughout the distribution center.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Comply with health, safety and sustainability rules.
• Participate in programs advancing health, safety and sustainability goals.
• Complete required EH&S trainings.
