You will rotate across Sales and Trading teams, gain hands-on exposure to market dynamics, and contribute to strategy development, risk analysis, and trade evaluation under mentorship.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited bachelor’s program graduating between Winter 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Pursuing Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Interest in financial markets, fixed income or banking with coursework or internships.
• Proficiency in Excel; Python familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support traders and sales with data collection, market research, and trade ideas.
• Analyze bond cash flows and fixed income securities using tools like Bloomberg and YieldBook.
• Assist evaluation of client balance sheets and investment objectives.
• Build and maintain analytical tools, reports, and workflow in Excel and other systems.
• Present findings and market observations to team members and leadership.
