The role supports the Store Manager and may involve pharmacy operations during peak periods.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, flexible scheduling willingness, and a path toward Store Manager advancement, including relocation if required. English fluency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English; able to work flexible schedule.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion to Store Manager position.

• Leads recruitment, hiring, and performance management of store team.
