Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in retail or related environment.
• Desire to advance into Store Manager within 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a retail team to meet goals.
• Learn and apply Belle Tire's 6-Step Sales Process.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, and store operations.
• Assist in financial management: sales, labor and expenses.
• Model Belle Tire values and foster inclusive culture.
