ALDI USA is looking for a Store Manager Trainee to lead store operations, develop teams, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. You will learn all aspects of the business from daily merchandising to customer service and safety compliance, while earning a starting wage with strong earning potential.

The program offers extensive training, hands-on leadership opportunities, and a path to store management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail and management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve KPI goals.
• Plan and execute action plans to improve operating results.
• Resolve employee and customer concerns with supervision as needed.
• Interview candidates and recommend for advancement.
• Train and develop staff to maximize potential.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Create weekly schedules and manage inventory and cash handling.
