Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Parker, CO. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist store operations, hire and direct associates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while completing a multi-week leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
• Contribute to team development and daily store performance.
