Dollar Tree is seeking a Store Manager in Training who will learn to run the profitable operations of an assigned store, maintaining high merchandising standards, proper displays, and an inviting atmosphere for customers.

You will recruit and develop associates, oversee daily activities, ensure legal and policy compliance, perform opening/closing tasks, execute HQ merchandising direction, protect assets, and deliver outstanding service in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs. and frequent movement.
