A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success in a fast-paced, guest‑driven environment. Flexibility to relocate within a 50‑mile radius, and a schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
