Chick-fil-A is seeking a Shift Leader in Training to support senior leadership in daily operations and to coach team members. This role emphasizes service excellence, teamwork, and ownership of tasks to ensure a smooth, guest-focused experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The Shift Leader in Training will open/close shifts, supervise crew, and help maintain Chick-fil-A’s standards and culture while growing leadership skills in a supportive, people-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to close or open 3+ days per week.
• Available to work on average 28+ hours per week.
• Demonstrates a positive, guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Coach and develop team members; set the tone for a shift.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.
