Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care-The Lodge in Heber City, UT seeks an Administrator in Training to learn the operations of a skilled nursing facility under supervision. You will complete approximately 1000 training hours over 9–12 months while rotating through departments.

You will assist with planning, budgeting, regulatory readiness, and census management to support the facility’s success and resident care outcomes. This role provides growth within Rocky Mountain Care.

Qualifications

• Must be working toward or possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Should have some leadership or managerial experience.
• Should have a licensed preceptor identified.

Responsibilities

• Complete one thousand (1000) training hours during training period (Typically 9-12 months) in a SNF setting.
• Assist the Administrator with planning, developing, organizing, implementing and directing the operation of the facility.
• Develop and maintain census and occupancy management strategies to improve census and fiscal health.
• Lead and coordinate management team meetings to discuss priorities and develop solutions with facility leaders.
