Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Lead and coach a team of Tanning Consultants to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, professional salon environment and drive client satisfaction.
- Set clear goals for team members and monitor performance.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
- Contribute to achieving top-line revenue and controlling costs.
