Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, develop a client-centric experience, and supervise tanning consultants. You will lead by example, uphold operational excellence, and work toward productivity goals while ensuring exceptional customer service.

The role requires managing day-to-day salon activities, coaching staff, and maintaining clean, welcoming environments. Nights, weekends, and a 5-day schedule are expected as part of the leadership

Qualifications

• Management or sales experience required.
• Beauty industry and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example and develop a client-centric experience while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain a clean and professional salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate reports, manage inventory, and support Salon Director in revenue controls.
