Responsibilities

• Meet personal and store sales goals.
• Assist in tracking, monitoring, and communicating business results.
• Lead by example to provide elevated sales and service.
• Develop personal and staff sales techniques to maximize sales.
• Maintain all sales policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and develop knowledge among staff.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and market directions.
• Ensure associates provide the highest level of customer service.
• Build repeat clientele using client books; assist staff with client books.
• Resolve client problems quickly and effectively.
• Assist with customer service issues (dissatisfied customers, returns, defective merchandise).
• Collaborate with store manager on risk management, security, cash controls, inventory.
• Support staff training on register usage and maintenance.
• Understand and execute all management register functions.
• Participate in inventories and cash control procedures.
• Occasionally drive for offsite product transfers if needed.
• Assist in merchandising/visual directives and maintain selling floor.
• Ensure timely processing of deliveries and communicate product concerns.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Assist in recruitment, training and development of staff; payroll integrity.
• Provide ongoing feedback to staff; resolve HR issues with HR partnership.
• Support training programs, seminars and maintain professional appearance.
