You will monitor sales, costs, and labor, enforce food safety standards, train teammates, maintain customer service excellence, and grow toward higher leadership roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience; prior Domino's experience preferred.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks, work alone or with a team, and handle stress while upholding quality standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve high standards and operational excellence.
• Monitor daily sales, food costs, and labor; implement adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
• Train team members effectively and maintain high customer service levels.
• M prevent and safeguard assets including cash and inventory per guidelines.
• Operate restaurant equipment and manage inventory from delivery to storage and preparation areas.
