Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18; pass background check and drug screening.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand or move around for shifts; maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Monitor daily sales, food costs, and labor; adjust and follow up as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Train team members effectively.
• Establish and maintain high customer service levels.
• Safeguard cash, inventory, and other assets per company guidelines.
• Operate all restaurant equipment.
