Carlisle Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Slidell, LA to support the General Manager by coaching the team and creating a fun, inviting work environment. You will identify 5-star talent and schedule people effectively to the right roles, under the guidance of the GM/DM.

You will lead, interview, train and develop all subordinate employees, ensuring adherence to company guidelines, laws, and profitability objectives while maximizing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Coaches team to improve performance and customer service.
• Schedules staffing to meet shift needs efficiently.
• Leads, interviews, and trains staff under the General Manager or District Manager.

Responsabilités

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Assist GM/DM in executing sales and profits plans; monitor food costs and waste.
• Train and develop crew; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and service standards; monitor quality and customer satisfaction.
