Wendy's in Petal, MS seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in operating and growing the restaurant. You will coach the team, optimize shift schedules, and ensure a high-standard, guest-focused environment while aligning with company policies, labor costs, and safety guidelines.

You will lead and develop the crew, monitor service times, maintain cleanliness, and drive profitability by controlling costs and improving customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Manage labor costs by aligning staffing with projected sales.
• Monitor and review budget and P&L on a monthly basis.
• Promote sales through customer satisfaction and efficient service.
• Control costs by overseeing prep, production and procedures.
• Track waste and ensure proper crew coverage and procedures.
• Communicate issues in sales or profit to GM/DM and support plans.
• Oversee training and development of crew; lead onboarding of new managers.
• Maintain product quality through crew performance feedback and customer walk-throughs.
• Train crew to respond quickly to customer needs and to solicit feedback.
