Under the GM or DM, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies and local laws, and train crew to deliver friendly service and high-quality food.

Responsibilities

• Manages labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Monthly review of budget and P&L.
• Promotes customer satisfaction to build sales.
• Monitors crew prep, production, and procedures to control costs.
• Tracks waste and manages shift staffing to reduce waste.
• Escalates sales/profit issues to GM or DM as needed.
• Assists in executing the restaurant's sales and profit plans.
• Monitors food costs to prevent waste and theft.
• Trains crew on new products and assists in training new managers.
