The role involves maintaining a professional property accounting office, ensuring accurate reporting, and supervising on-site employees in the Property Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Assistant Property Manager for 500+ units.
• Ability to work a minimum of one weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and efficient property accounting office.
• Meet reporting deadlines and ensure accuracy of accounting information.
• Act as manager in the absence of Property Manager.
