Job summary

Foundry, based in Jupiter, Florida, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer to join a growing commercial construction team. The position offers a base salary up to $85,000 with benefits, located in Jupiter, FL.

You will support project teams across South Florida and gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, with a clear path toward Project Manager responsibilities. Healthcare construction experience is preferred but not required; a solid commercial construction foundation and

Qualifications

• General contractor experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communication with subcontractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers through the project lifecycle.
• Manage RFIs, submittals and project documentation.
• Assist with change orders and cost tracking.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Review drawings, specifications and scopes of work.
• Assist with procurement and material tracking.
• Support project scheduling and progress tracking.
• Attend project meetings with owners, architects and subcontractors.
• Work closely with Superintendents and field teams.
• Help identify and resolve issues affecting schedule, cost or quality.
• Support punch lists, closeout documentation and handover.
