Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven project management experience in commercial construction.

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and subcontractor teams.
• Comfortable working across multiple project sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize overall project logistics and team goals.
• Develop pre-construction RFP packages and coordinate meetings.
• Build and manage project schedules; track milestones.
