Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to vision, lifestyle, and budget.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear accurately, and ensure standards.
• Operate the point-of-sale system; process transactions per policy.
• Explain delivery times and manage customer expectations.
