Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Kentucky seeks a driven professional to start as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT). You will rotate through Administration, Nursing, Social Services, HR, and more under a preceptor, developing leadership and regulatory expertise for up to 12 months with paid training.

Upon completion, you will be prepared to pursue LNHA licensure and a two-year service commitment, with relocation support as needed, while advancing patient-centered care in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Healthcare Management, Accounting); MBA preferred.
• After the 1-year AIT Training program is completed, sign a two-year service agreement with relocation.
• Current/active CNA or obtain within twelve (12) months after start date.
• Obtain LNHA license within twelve (12) months after start date.
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe and participate in management duties such as talent acquisition and budgeting.
• Develop a working knowledge of and confirm compliance with all governmental regulations.
• Provide guidance and leadership throughout the federal and state survey processes.
• Develop positive relationships with regulators, residents, families, and community.
• Participate in problem solving and process improvement to enhance workflows.
