Allstate Insurance Co. is seeking an entrepreneurial Life Specialist to build a personal life insurance practice with support from Allstate. You will partner with Allstate Agency owners to drive new business in your community and grow with provided leads and referrals.

The role emphasizes face-to-face meetings with clients, a strong sales track record, and state licenses. You will be part of a team that offers advanced tools and education to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance customer facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• Strong mix of life protection sales experience.
• Prior experience as a Life Insurance Agent, Insurance Representative, or related sales professional preferred.
• Professional designations such as CLU and LUTCF preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.
