Job summary

Aeroseal is seeking a Lead Technician in Training to guide crews and ensure proper installation of scheduled units. Training will last about one year to prepare you for leadership in our envelope and duct sealing projects.

You will work with field technicians, set up essential equipment, and use Aero Suite software to maintain high quality. A strong candidate combines organization, reliability, and a readiness to learn.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organization and time management skills.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving ability.
• Comfortable with ladders and basic hand tools.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft software.
• Physically able to carry 50 lbs and sustain exertion.

Responsibilities

• Lead field technicians and prep units for Aeroseal Envelope/duct application.
• Set up and maintain equipment (MCU, seal stations, compressors, generators).
• Use Aero Suite software to input data and ensure standards.
• Coordinate with onsite client management as primary contact.
• Identify potential issues in the air sealing process and ensure quality.
• Represent Aeroseal, LLC professionally.
