The 7:00 AM start supports early commutes and organized daily operations in the North Bay. Located in Novato, this role focuses on learning HVAC and plumbing foundations, with growth opportunities across Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties.

Qualifications

• Interest in starting a career in HVAC or Plumbing or skilled trades.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and professional attitude.
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in various physical conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
• Trade school enrollment or completion is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with HVAC and Plumbing installations.
• Help prepare job sites, tools, and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
