Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is launching the FuturePRO (Student to Work) program for hairstylist or barber students. The program offers mentorship, orientation, and hands-on training with industry leaders while you prepare for licensure.

As you progress, you’ll earn hourly pay, performance-based pay, and move up a multi-level ladder with up to 75% commission potential and the prospect of earning $100K+ per year once licensed, with benefits like health coverage and retirement planning.

Qualifications

• Current Enrollment: beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexibility: Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Legal Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Passion: A willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from the best in the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: Assist reception and support all guest interactions.
• Develop Your Craft: Follow a training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Professional Partnership: Work with a licensed pro on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch professionals and ask questions to sharpen skills.
• Business Building: Learn product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to grow a clientele.
