Qualifications

• Knowledge of golf, equipment, rules and gameplay.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, GHIN and Golf Genius.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Strong customer service orientation for diverse players.

Responsibilities

• Gives lessons and teaches the game of golf.
• Greet customers, run check-in, collect fees, sell merchandise and assist with clubs.
• Stock displays and monitor golf merchandise inventory.
• Assist in setting up carts, tables, and chairs for events.
• Marshal course and enforce rules and procedures.
• Perform minor club and cart repairs as needed.
• Use computer systems for daily sales and tournament data entry.
• Provide knowledge of golf and course operations to guests.
• Interacts professionally with public and staff.
