Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in golf course maintenance, preferably in supervisory roles.
• Possession of a valid State Pesticide Applicator License within 90 days.
• General proficiency with Microsoft Excel and irrigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise grounds crew.
• Calibrate and operate chemical and fertilizer sprayers.
• Oversee moisture monitoring and irrigation system maintenance.
• Manage daily course setup and tournament preparations.
• Assist with budget management and safety training recordkeeping.
