Compensation: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent is a key member of the property’s agronomy leadership team. This role directly supports the Golf Course Superintendent and Director of Agronomy in managing day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and crew supervision across the golf course, clubhouse grounds, and facilities. The ideal candidate is a passionate, detail‑oriented professional looking to advance their career in turfgrass management.
Requires working long hours, early mornings, weekends, and holidays according to seasonal needs.
Heavy physical labor involved, including walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and exposure to fluctuating outdoor weather conditions.
