Qualifications

• 3-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain a Maryland pesticide license within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance budget and capital plans are followed.
• Supervise and assist maintenance staff in daily duties.
• Plan and direct maintenance and construction of golf course.
• Maintain construction equipment properly.
• Procure supplies and materials within budget.
• Keep records of maintenance activities and costs.
• Coordinate snow removal.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage department members and provide training.

Education

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in agronomy, horticulture, plant or soil science
