Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service commitment.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with energy and excellence.
• Develops understanding of the business to GM level within a year.
• Hit sales goals through speed and service, and lead problem resolution.
• Manage store finances, cash handling, inventories and ordering.
